I’m at a church that is at a crossroads for stepping up and enhancing our children’s ministry. Iam the worship Leader at our church and my favorite area to work with is our children. I would like to attend this conference so that I can bring back to our church great ideas to attract more children and their families. I want them to have a great time at church and find out that learning about Jesus is cool and not boring.

What an encouragement the conference would be!! I would love to attend to bring back ideas for our church children program. I know that whoever wins the trip will surely be blessed.

I would love to go to this Conference! We started TeamKID last year and have watched it double over the last 12 months. We’re now up to about 16 kids. We’re in the process of building a new building, and are hoping to continue to see growth in our children’s department!

Several years ago (back in the days when it was called NPCC) my husband Rob and I attended the conference and had the time or our lives. We went with a group of Preschool and Children’s Ministry leaders and trainers from our state and just soaked up the information and enjoyed the company of both old and new friends. We attended the conference a few times, but in recent years money and time have been tight and we have not been able to attend.
My commitment level has increased since moving to a new church but my creativity and energy seems to be draining under the stress of additional responsibilities. I’m bored with having done the same things for so long. I need some new ideas, a dose of encouragement, and a spark to reignite my passion and enthusiasm. I need help getting to the next level to move from being a “Children’s Worker” to being a “Children’s Ministry Director”.
I know KMC could give me some new tools, a fresh perspective, and that spark my ministry needs so I can lead volunteers and partner with parents in reaching kids for Christ.

Kids ministry is so important…Children have very pliable minds, and the church should be on the forefront of teaching them about Christ. With so many parents neglecting that role, it is imperitive that the church does all that it can. I would love to be able to attend so that our church could be even more effective in reaching children.

I am a children’s minster for 6 yrs and love things like this! I have a heart for special needs considering my son is mildly autistic! This is a great way to see what all is out and how to better reach our children and their families for Christ!

I would love to go! I enjoy learning new things, and a fresh approach would be awesome!

I’ve had the privilege of teaching for many years in every level K-8. I love working with children!!! When my daughter was born 7 years ago we made the decision that I would be a stay at home mom. Now my son will also be starting Kindergarten this year. But during this time and because I could, I’ve been very involved in our church youth programs and the last three years I have been the VBS director at our church. My husband is also a school teacher and has a huge part in VBS with me. We have loved Lifeway’s VBS and the emphasis they put on the gospel and have not found a better curriculum! Our VBS has been a huge success due to willing people in our church and great curriculum to get excited about! We can get over 100 kids to VBS every summer but our Sunday school program struggles terribly. There is a huge need in our community for effective kid’s ministry on Sunday mornings. My husband and I struggle with this each Sunday. We have talked many times about volunteering in this particular area because of the great need. I know there are options out there and would love to hear more about children’s ministry from a great line up of people like listed in the ministry conference line up. Wow, what great wisdom, momentum and excitement for Children’s Ministry! I would love to attend and see possibilities in which to reach children for Christ!

WE are a small SBC church in the North Woods area. Children’s ministry is a major push for us. I would love the opportunity to go to a conference to get ideas on how to make our ministry even better.

Kids Ministry is the future of the church. We must get them and teach them and keep them in church. And we must relate with today’s children and their families. How do we find fresh and new ideas – networking and learning from others. Thanks Lifeway!
I would love to take my assistant to Kids conference this year, after all 2 minds can gather more info and share with our area churches.

We had our VBS August 1-4. 4 children were saved and 1 rededicated his life in the 3rd and 4th grade room. I am teaching this lesson again this Sunday at a very small church. I would love to win the conference opportunity for more fun ideas for ther Big Apple next year!
