#2: Develop and Write Down a Kids Ministry Plan for 2013.
It’s been said that if you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll never know if you get there. I’m afraid that many of our Kids Ministries don’t have a goal or a destination. We just go through the motions every week and are thankful when we don’t sink!
Ask yourself this question, “What would I like for my ministry to look like this time next year?” Think about that for a little while and then write some attainable goals that will help you get where you’re trying to go. Some goals a bigger than others and may have to be broken down into smaller goals. Some of your goals may come from the list of resolutions you make today… regardless, keep the list handy and refer back to it on the 1st day of every month.
You might be surprised at the end of 2013 at just how much you’ve accomplished.
