What You’ll Need:
- Large pieces of paper or butcher paper
- Markers, crayons, or colored pencils
- Space to display their artwork (classroom wall or hallway)
How it Works
Give each child a large sheet of paper or spread out a large piece of butcher paper and invite them to draw something they did this summer. It could be:
- A trip to the beach
- Swimming in the pool
- Going to church or VBS
- Eating ice cream every week!
Kids can share what they did in front of the class and reminisce on their sweet summer activities as they get ready to transition into the fall!
