To make the most of your leadership potential and growth in ministry, you must always be in a posture of learning, dreaming, and growing. Conferences are milestone events for leaders much like overnight camp is for a child.
FACT: We all know that learning and development are important to success in ministry and in leadership.
FACT: Ministry budgets often have to be adjusted or reduced because of unforeseen challenges.
FACT: Conferences are often the first thing cut from the kids ministry budget because “at least it doesn’t affect the kids.”
REALITY: The easiest cuts from a budget are the items viewed as unknown, not valuable, or not planned for.
To address this reality, I encourage you to identify a conference, make sure its valuable to your ministry, and make plans to attend it. Taking these steps will give you confidence in the decision to invest time and money in a conference.
We invite you to join us at Lifeway’s Kids Ministry Conference this October in Nashville. The theme for KMC this year is “Transformed” and we hope to inspire you, challenge, you and encourage you. There will be meaningful times of worship, breakouts that sharpen your skills, and connections that you can make with other leaders at the event.

Visit Lifeway Kids Ministry Conference for registration details, the schedule, and updates on breakouts. We hope that you are able to attend the conference and experience a milestone event in your ministry.
