Are Kids Too Young to Experience God?

December 26, 2013 | Kids Ministry

Dec27vogel-150x150Can kids learn that God is at work in their lives? Absolutely! Experiencing God is a daily adventure of learning to walk with Him, recognize when He is speaking, and where He is working in our world. This new resource published by Lifeway Kids is a fun, daily adventure that focuses on Bible passages that focus on children and young people.

During these nine sessions of Bible study, kids will begin to understand the 7 Realities of Experiencing God:

  1. God is at work.
  2. God loves me.
  3. God wants me to be a part of His work.
  4. God speaks; I listen.
  5. I must have faith.
  6. I need to adjust my life according to God’s Plan.
  7. I can experience God as I obey Him and give Him the opportunity to accomplish His work through me.

The Experiencing God at Home Leader Guide provides step-by-step directions on leading each of the nine sessions. The Experiencing God Kids Activity Booklet  is composed of nine separate booklets, one for each session. Kids are encouraged to utilize the booklets in the learning session as well as complete activities with their families during the week.

Kids should be building their foundation in Christ from birth! Parents have the power to help them build that foundation! This would eliminate bullying and increase the gifts of love in schools all across the globe!
